Pastor John has been serving the faith community at GRCC since 2011. He is married to Tracy and has two boys, John (college freshman) and Jakub (12th grade) at Canal Winchester High School. He has coached football and baseball in the CW rec leagues and recently at the CW Middle School and High School. Pastor John graduated from Ohio Northern University in 1993, has an MBA from Capital University  and a Master's of Divinity from Christian Theological Seminary. Pastor John creates a safe place for the LGBTQ community, all who need to talk, question, are considering suicide, or just a need a confidential place to work through family, marriage, financial, business, or spiritual issues. He is a straightforward type of guy and doesn't try to act like everything's all perfect. 

Hannah is from Worthington, Ohio and grew up the daughter of a Disciples of Christ minister.  She graduated from Methodist Theological School in Ohio with her Master of Divinity in 2022. Hannah started at GRCC in August of 2020 and loves being able to work and learn alongside all of GRCC’s many congregants and staff.

I am thankful for and love the opportunity to serve the children and families of GRCC. I focus on the Sunday School curriculum, teacher training, and recruitment for pre-K through 6th grade along with increasing communication with parents and grandparents. Previously, I taught Sunday school at GRCC when my children were young, volunteered in the AV booth for worship services, and performed a dance with the chancel choir. I'm able to put my formal teaching education and experience as a K-3 educator and love of collaboration with other teachers and children to good use in creating fun and faith-building activities.

I enjoy volunteering my time as the secretary here at GRCC.

Daniel Jimoh Olawunmi was born in Nigeria and raised in the Muslim tradition. To pronounce Daniel's last name, think "allowin' me."  In Daniel's teen years, he found an undeserved love from the lord Jesus Christ, who loves all people so much and gave his own life for all. Jesus allows us to enjoy evaluating life. That love drew Daniel to Christianity and was at the heart of his decision to convert and follow Jesus. GRCC is Daniel's home church and part of his family. He has now become a Ministerial Intern to officially follow his calling from God and improve his knowledge of  the word of God and as a preacher. To quote Daniel, "IT HAS BEEN A GREAT TIME  WITH MY GENDER ROAD FAMILY CHURCH. SHALOM."

It is my pleasure to support Pastor Romig and the staff of GRCC. In addition to this role I am a wife, mother of 2 children at home and stepmother of 4 grown children - 3 of whom have children of their own.

Carol has been an organist for GRCC for at least 20years. She finds it wonderful to have such a great choir to accompany. "The melodies are with you all week long." Carol appreciates the support that GRCC gives to choir members.

Born and raised in Bellefontaine, Ohio, Becky is the daughter of a Disciples of Christ pastor.  She enjoyed a 30-year career in public libraries.  Becky's been very active in the church, particularly in music and finances.  Her hobbies include reading, walking, and spending time with friends.
