The Endings Group, headed by Bonnie Nicklaus, will be responsible for celebrating Kerry‟s ministry, providing methods of grieving, and planning a worship service at the conclusion of Kerry‟s and Pat‟s ser-vice to us.

The Neutral Zone, chaired by Diana Severs, is responsible for the here and now. This team will issue a survey to the congregation which will identify the strengths of our church. This information will be significant for the new pastor and to determine how to move forward in faith in a healthy manner. The transition Team is asking all members to participate in this survey.

The Beginnings Group, led by Nancy Rogers, will assist in the “Envisioning and Renewing Workshop” conducted by John Savage.  It will be responsible for welcoming and installing the new pastor, thereby bringing the final phase of transition to a new reality.
